Okay, I haven't updated this in awhile, but it's my weigh in day, so I'm coming to update!
Since finishing the Shred I've continued to work out doing various things. I've done some of my Biggest Loser workouts, I've done more of the Shred, and I'm still going to a kickboxing class at the local gym. I've also braved some of my DH's workouts including Pure Cardio by Insanity and AbRipperX from P90X. Hard, but worth it
I've been doin AMAZING with my "diet" which really doesn't even feel like a "diet" anymore. It's just the way I eat now and I love it!
When I finished the Shred I weighed 198 lbs and this morning I weigh 190 lbs for a total of 31 lbs LOST!
