My suggestion would be just to go through baby names books/websites/etc. with yoru hubby and discuss names that you like together. Our baby is biracial, and while we don't know what we are having yet, we have already picked out names together. We actually found names we liked by just randomly suggesting them to each other whenever we heard something we liked, whether we were watching a movie or the news or whatever. It's kind of hard, especially if you both like different types of names, but I'm sure if you are both open minded, that you'll find a few names that you both really like. Good Luck! BTW, our girl name is Sydney, my hubby actually suggested it to me because he saw a movie (Brown Sugar) and loved the name. It has grown on me, the more I say it to myself and now I love it as much as he does.

my fathers black and my mummy is white and they named me brittany haha.
My baby is going to be mixed aswell. i'm both black and white and my fiance is white. If the baby is a girl i'm going to name here either Sadie Christine or Sadie Rose and if its a boy i'm going to name him Joseph Anthony. =]

If you can't agree to names then before you find out what you are having compromise and if it a boy he picks first name and you pick middle name and if it is a girl you pick first name and he picks middle name.

I also love Acacia. I believe it's actually an african tree that is refrenced in the bible. I considered it for a long time for my first daughter's name.

he picked the boys name so i get to pick the girls! problem is, the one name i have always wanted for a girl is angel but its his mothers name so its out of the question!

OMG u are the first person Ive seen EVER to list that name LOL. Its actually Greek and I love it (im part Greek) Im have no clue about African tree thing but it is a beautiful name.
Anyways I have a mixed daughter (black&white)and her name is Shyla Kierre (key-air). I think Shyla is a good mix because its uncommon yet still very pronouncable, readable (althought I do get shAyla a lot~which is another great name), and pretty : )
Im going to post some suggestions later but i dont have the time to do it now...have to feed the baby!
