mucus plug question

ok... im almot 30 weeks and i lost my plug this morning.... anyone ever have this happen to them this early... and anyone know if it means anything? i dont feel any different

I lost mine 3 weeks ago this sunday, and nothing has changed yet for me.

you're definitely not the first to ask this question...it doesnt mean anything. you can still be many weeks from going into labor and your body also can regenerate it and you can lose it again. if you're worried, look for other signs of labor(contactions, water breaking) otherwise no worries.

..but im not due for another 10 week

I lost my plug 3 weeks ago. I am currently 6 days past my due date w/my second child. Losing your plug only means you are dialating. At my last check i was 3 cm and 80% and my dr. has no clue how I am still pregnant.

just an update.. I went to the ER tonight.. because I lost more plug stuff... after running many tests and checking my cervix(very uncomfortably due to her being a new nurse) they told me all is well, and that losing my plug does not TRULLY mean anything. Also... my cervix has not dialated at all and is still way up high
