Can you feel baby turning? Feeling some pressure

I am feeling some pressure (not like the baby pushing but just some pressure down there like I have felt before) but this time I wonder if something is happening. No cramps, no tightening, no bleeding just something different. Since the body goes through so many different things during pregnancy I just wonder if this is one of those things.
