yes i did. i don't expect it to be an every day thing yet... but they were getting bad at sleeping because of the g partents sched. deviation. but i am doing damage control and doing well

Hey ladies... Just wanted to update you although I've only posted a few times on this thread.... I had my babies! I went in for my 33 week appointment on May 1st and told my doc that I thought I had a few braxton hicks earlier that morning... she checked me and I was 3cm dilated! So she called the specialist at another hospital that I was seeing for when they thought my baby boy had a kidney problem (he didn't)... and he told my doctor to send me his way, he would try to stop labor and if he did I would be hospitalized until I gave birth, and if not then we would have babies and he would deliver me there since that hospital has a level 3 NICU just in case. Well I went to his office, they monitored contractions nothing was picking up (i think the nurse didn't know what she was doing)... then I had another ultrasound, and I went pee and noticed the whole front part of my panties were wet... and I told the doc about it, that it might be sweat from being so nervous (never sweated like that before-but you never know)... and he said he was going to check me... I was 5cm dilated only an hour and a half after my previous check. So he said in an hour to an hour and a half we would be having babies via emergency c-section. On May 1st at 1:54pm my little girl Kera (pronounced Cara, everyone tends to pronouce it Kira) Jeanne was born weighing 4lbs 12oz 17inches long with dark brown hair! One minute later Drake Kohen arrived weighing the same and was 20 inches long with dirty blonde hair! They look completely different. Drake looks like daddy, and Kera looks like me. They are still in the level 2 NICU... Drake needed oxygen the first day of life, but after that he has been on room air, Kera was on room air to begin with. They should be home in 2 weeks   ... I love them so much!!!!

I would say about 16 a day. I use luvs brand since we go through so many. I can get a box of 204 for 35$ and last almost two complete weeks!!

CONGRATS!! Melissa thats when my boys were born 33 weeks!! I hope they are doing well and get to come home soon. a word of advice have it set in your head that they are gonna have to stay until their due date and if they get to come home sooner YEAH!! Just because you never know what the next few weeks will bring and even with them breathing on their own they will have other small hurdles to overcome along the way!!

by the way anyone heard from *Mommy*Mel*?? I'm guessing the babies are here i pm'd her but no respose

16 a day.....is that from when they first came home...or now?

that is total!! about 8 each!! and that is now but i Change them more now then when they first came home.

yeah they only had a BM every other day until they started solids now its like 3 to 4 a day!! So i think i am changing more often now. IDK it has gone by so fast and its almost a blur to how often i changed them when they were only on formula.

LOL..I can only imagine how fast its going to go by.....

Hi everyone! I have been lurking for a while.... I am currently 11 weeks pregnant, my 5th pregnancy. This one has definatly been different! Granted, you generally show earlier with each pregnancy, but at 8 weeks I could no longer wear my pants! I had an ultra sound at 8 weeks 3 days and the PA thought she saw a second but then could not find it again. My last pregnancy ended in miscarriage. The baby stopped growing at 9 weeks and we found out at my 12 week checkup, so, being parionoid, my mothers day present was to rent a fetal doppler! My daughter and my aunt have been going on about twins since i was about 5 weeks. Now when I use the doppler, we do not find a heart beat in the center, only one on each side..... Can't wait till my next appointment!
