re: PREGNANT WITH TWINS? (or more)

hi i dont get on here much at all i am sorry i have a two year old and my hubby is gone for school but i went and had my 28 week check up no dialation the babies heart beats were fine and my blood pressure is under control i am so excited i have been having contractions like crazy but he said there bh and back pain is bad i was so worried and everything is ok so i had to share how is everyone else doing

I didn't even think I was having contractions and I dialated 1 cm. He told me if I have contractions again to go to the doctor and I don't even know what the hell they are like...everytime I feel any kind of pain I sit and wonder if that's them lol.

i freak out all the time and most of the time i cant tell contractions from gas but if it comes and goes and i can time it i do i really wish you good luck with everyting i hope it all turns out ok are you on bed rest or are you ok to still do stuff i am so scared of having these babies early i feel every little thing and i bug my doctor to death i really hope i can hold off and maybe you can to a little while good luck

Slight bed rest. I just can't do anything huge. LOL...I am terrified but I just keep looking at it that all I need to do is keep them in there for about 7 weeks. So, I am hoping lol

just few the babies and sent them back to the nursery. still in the hospital..i could have gone home yestereday, but i wasn't in a rush,,..going home today!! so far it's not as bad as i imagined it being....my c-section wasn't as bad as i thought it would be...but then again, i'm not at home going up and down the stairs either.
i guess a couple ladies are asking for details!! here goes..lol

had my appt on thurs and was still at 1cm.. had what felt like braxton hicks all day fri..went to the mall on sat to walk..i was tired of being pregnant! lol more contractions on sat...same with sun...contractions all day...but nothing was painful..only difference on sunday was that i was aching all over...so i called the dr...figured the worse they would do is send me home if i went to the hospital..besides they have ac...my house doesn't!! lol

get to hospital around 7 or so...i'm only a cm, but contractions are about 5 min apart. but when the nurse checked me she was so rough..lol tried to reach up and grab a baby i think...about a half hour later i'm in labor..and hour after that i'm at 3 cm. went ahead and told them to cut me open after feeling a few really bad contractions. rhoshykee jr was born at 9:50 and rhayana was born at 9:51
both of them were 5lbs 7oz and 19in long!! no matter how many times i tell people that, it still is amazing to me that my body was capable of carrying that much extra weight!!!!

they're both really good babies..definitely have their own personalities. she is a drama queen already..screams and shrieks at the top of her lungs..lol he's so laid back..very content to just sleep and eat...only gets mad if he's hungry or has a dirty diaper.

hopefully it won't change too much when we get home tonight!! and hopefully i'll find time to write on here!!!

So I went for an OB check up today. The babies are doing great! Growing as they should be and heart rates are great!

My regular U/S tech is out for surgery so they had a substitute tech ... she was nice ... but I feel so spoiled with my regular tech. She's so good to me, lol! The lady today only let me see the screen for about 3 minutes and didn't really tell me what was going on. She also said lots of things that could have misconstruid (sp) as very concerning. Haha my regular tech has just spoiled me so much!!! I cant wait til she comes back!

And my OB is taking me off my 2 week u/s and check up ... they feel everything is healthy which is just fine (i'll miss seeing them as often tho haha).

Annnnd they're still boys haha. So I'm 99.9% comfortable with buying all my boy stuff!!!

Oh and today I went and bought a little crib sound machine thing ... its the rainforest thingy. Oh I love it ... its the first thing I've actually bought!!! hehe ... Hope all you ladies are doing well!!!

awwwww thats great Meg!! i get to see my babies tonight - still wont find out what they are until the 7th..... but its all good.... i really hope they dont change my appointments..mentally i need to go every two weeks lol

Ask them to take a peek tonight!!!! We could their boy parts at 12w6 days!!! Early I know ... but the boy parts haven't gone away haha .... so you're right behind me. Just see if they take a "guess" at it!!!! You never know ... but the 7th isn't too far away!!!!!

yeah i know but my doctors office has a crapy machine - its never clear

haha my specialist has a crappy one too ... but you never know!!! its worth "peeking" if they will ...
