I just wanted to say hi to all of you twin mommies to be! I have 6 (almost 7) year old identicaltwin girls. I can't believe how big they are already! I thought I would just drop in and let all of you know that you can pm me anytime if you have questions aboutraisingtwins. I was 21 when I had my twin girls and being pretty young and being a first time mom I know I was really scared and had lots of questions and would have loved to have someone experienced to ask so I thought I would offer my help if you would like. Twins are such a blessing and they are so much fun. It is true that they are double trouble and double the work but they are also double the fun and double the blessings! The first year or so is really tough but after that it is so much easier because they always have a companion around to play with. There is also another really great message board dedicated to parents of twins and higher order multipleson twinsmagazine.com that I am member of and have found really helpful through the years. This one is really great too though and I have really enjoyed it so far.Well congratulations and good luck to you all!

Do you already or do you intend to dress your twins in the same outfits when they arrive?

I've got this question a lot recently. My husband is worried that I'm going to put them in the same exact thing. But I'm not sure how I feel about it. I feel like yea I might dress them in the same outfit just dif colors ... you know?

Let me know your feelings on the subject ...

I had my girls dress in the same outfits when they came home from the hospital. Sometimes I dress my girls with the same outfits but there will be one thing different about them such as their socks, hat, or hair bow. But most of the timeI dress them in similar outfits but different colors. It's a lot easier for me and everyone if they wear different colors to tell them apart since they are identical.

I plan on dressing them alike as much as possible...like matching santa outfits and whatnot. today I bought the same style onsie except one was girl colors and one was boy colors. They still went together. It's part of the fun of having twins   Of course you don't have to dress them the same all the time but I don't see any reason why not when they are younger.

i do not dress the boys alike. for now and until they tell me other wise i want them to grow up feeling independant from one another. i figure they already are forced into a shared birthday, why make them share the same cloths. i also want them to feel like thier own person so i will let them wear whatg ever they want as soon as they can tell me.

i dressed my B/b twin a like (not both in pink but simial cloths n onies like we have one that say my twin did it!!

I saw those bibs at babies r us but they sold out before I get get matching size onsies...their new one is, "If you think I'm cute, you should see my twin" LOL

I havent started any shopping yet, but its going to be fun when I do start getting stuff, lol

I will probably do same outfits but different colors or either similar outfits, but probably not just alike.

I LOVE my bump!! I couldnt wait for it to really pop too!!!! I totally know what you mean about still compairing it to singleton moms...LOL..cant help it....I havent taken one for this week yet (im 21w1d today) but here is my 20 weeks pic
