hey there!! well this is my first time backon here since i had my daughter...she was a 28week baby and was in the hospital for 2 months...but she just came home two weeks ago and has ben doing great....technology these days is amazing!! he should be fine...30 weeks is a good gestational age to tell u the truth..its the 26 and 24 week babies that have a harder timee...my daughter was only in the nicu for 2 weeks until they moved her cuz she was doing better than the other babies and didnt require intensive care......just make sure u visit him as much as u can...cuz he needs to hear ur voice and know ur there....thats what they told me....ill be prayin for yall

Aww congrats, nappy changes are great huh   my lil man was 878g so thats quite similar, although he continued to lose alot of weight, down to 700 odd grams& got CLD. I guess that just shows things can go either way! It is so frustrating to pump, im still doing it after months. It sounds like ur son is doing great so im sure he will be b/feeding by 32 weeks... keep up the pumping mama you can do it! it will be so worth it, i keep telling myself the same thing! x

congrats I hope all goes well for you. My sister had my nepew at 25 weeks and he weighed 1lb 4oz. He was in the nicu for about 5 months but is now 16 months old and is doing great. My husband's nephews girlfriend just had her baby 10 weeks early and he weighed 2lbs 3oz. Best wishes to you both.
