Feeding your baby too many orange veggetables will turn their skin orange.
I have recently started Kaitlyn on sweet potatoes and after 3 servings I noticed her nose turning a slight shade of orange.
Strange this never happened with my other girls.
So in a slight panic I call my mother (a nurse) asking her and she tells me yes its from to many orange veggies.
So being a google fool that I am I looked it up. It actually has a name and everything. Here's the link

I heard this too, but I think you need to eat massive amounts of food with keratin (sp?) in them to actually have your skin change color. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

My daughters skin turned a slight shade of orange... she loves sweet potatoes and carrots. Its fairly common   She has an olive skin tone and its kinda noticeable... atleast to me.

no she had 3 2oz servings of sweet potatoes, 1 serving at lunch 3 days in a row.

I just plan on alternating green and orange and intoducing fruit now

I'm sure an adult would have to eat a massive amount to notice a difference.

You can also turn orange if you use too much self tanner. I know someone who should take that in mind, but I haven't heard from her in like, 2 days.
