I'm still numb!
posted 25th Feb
I had a poll to regarding whether or not people thought this pregnancy was going to be another multiple one or a singleton. Well it turns out there was just one baby...we lost this baby on Sunday night. I just got home from the surgery. I am still very numb from the whole experience. All I wanted was to come home and hold my precious little twins. I'm glad I had to chance to put them to bed. The doctor says I have to wait 6 weeks or so, after that, if all is ok my husband and I will be trying again. It saddens me...4 pregnancies and only one term. Lucky for me it was twins. I am going to keep my head up though, cause there is still hope. I just wanted to say thank you to BG for being a good outlet. I have been though this before and I know it's hard, but my little ones are making this one a bit easier...and as I stated earlier...this is the third time. It doesn't get any easier or better, I'm not going to kid myself, it's a hard to thing...but I am stronger now...and each time the copping seems to be different. Anyway, I'm quite tired now, just wanted to let people now.

I findthis link VERY helpful. It's a HUGE list of abbreviations like TTC and what they mean.

I am sorry for your loss... I can't begin to imagine what you are going through as I've never lost a child, but I will keep you and your family in my prayers. Take care.

Thank you. Wow I really must be out of it, I noticed how many spelling mistakes were in my original posting...I'm so maticulous that never happens...and I can't fix them..grrr! Anyway, we won't be trying for a while. The doc says I have to have wait at least 6 weeks, and better to make sure that my period is normal and back on track at least twice...that could be tricky as it was never normal off the pill. But my husband has assured me that before the year is through we will be trying again. We have no problem conceiving, the problem lies in going to term. Well, I'm off to bed now, gotta try and be bright eyed and bushy tailed for my little ones in the morning. Thank you all for your care and concern. It's quite nice.
