Have all these losses been with the same man?? I would think it is genetic abnormalities or chromosomal if her body does not expel the loss on its own, that tell me her womb is ok to carry a baby, but there is something wrong with the babies that causes them to stop growing and pass away in utero. Her and her partner should look into genetic testing.
