re: Official Line Spotting Thread pt.3

Guys... I am paranoid as smurf.... I'm so scared I'm going to lose this baby too... I took a test and it was lighter than the one from two days before... I chalked it up to maybe my pee wasn't as concentrated because I think I peed before waking up (you know, wake up, pee, go back to sleep type thing)... so I bought more tests today, held my pee for 4 hrs, took it... and it's really light. I'm hoping it's just because it was a different type of test... I'm going to test again in the morning and pray it's darker... I... just don't know how I will handle it if I miscarry again...

Top is 12dpo am, then 12dpo pm (held urine 4 hrs and didn't drink a lot), then 14dpo am, 14dpo am, then 16dpo pm (just took it, held urine 4 hrs and didn't drink a lot).

Well that purple one i hear are crappy tests, and maybe the last fr one is a lot lighter because like you said you did pee when you woke up.
I really hope thats the reason why and that your lines keep getting darker. Pee again in the morning and keep me updated!

Thanks. I'll be taking another $1 tree test in the morning since I grabbed 3 (the store is right next to my work and I didn't stop by a walmart for FRERs).

I dont mind the dollarstore ones but apparently those purple ones are crap!

OMG your jus tlik me.. those dollar store tests suck, did you see my test from this morning?? i had less of a line with FMU..

take another FRER i bet it will be darker, your dollar store test looks JUST like mine did earlier today, i took one with FMU and it was soooo faint. then I took one later in the afternoon and it looked just like yours.. its hard not to stress out and analyze the lines.. GL and sticky dust momma! I need my DD buddy!

Don't compare different tests mama. When is your first appointment? Maybe a blood draw will help ease your mind. Take a deep breath in, you aren't bleeding so don't think the worst just yet.

Phuket: I know... haha well I'm hoping it'll be better tomorrow. I don't have any more FRER right now so I'll have to wait until tomorrow.

My dr won't see me until Dec 17th.   With my insurance I have to do the run around to get a referral first so I can't really move up the appointment either. ugh.

Yeah I don't understand... people get such nice lines on them but what the... seems there are a few types of tests that are taking a turn for the crappy lately (cough cough FRER cough).. hopefully that terrible ghost line epidemic dies down soon.

i have to admit, im really liking those equate tests i took first.. i mean the line showed up imediatly and at first i thought it was the dye settling and moving across the screen. NOPE. lol

haha much to your surprise. But anyway yeah... it sucks when you think you can actually trust a test then it starts getting smurffy on you. bah, why do we spend so much on pee sticks when they can't even be accurate for us.

they need to invent a pee sstick that calculated hcg quant levels.. and is reusable.. lol
