Some questionss

Well , I had af at the beginning of this month and it ended around the 10th I would say the first day of my last menstrual period was the 4th.... But I started getting this nagging pain on my left side around where my ovaries are about 2-3 days agoand then yesterday started spotting this brownish stuff. The pain hasn't stopped just has progressivly gotten worse... what do you guys think it could be?? or am I just going crazy and af is just on her way...
