Forgetfulness

It's such a long day for me today with a lot of silly forgetfulness. First, I forgot that I had a business meeting at 4, until my client called and asked where I was... hu hu... I was like... "where, what??" he said "we're have a meeting today at 4"... OMG, I totally forgot.  

The other one was that I already drove out of the office garage, and I had to turn right back in cuz I found out that I forgot my cell phone. Now, this situation happened quite often that the security at my building didn't wonder any more why I always drove back within 10 mins after I left the garage. Today he asked "what do you forget today?" ... poor me  

Forgetfull ness is the most comman when your pregnant. I always forgot something in a day. it could have been a lil thing or a big thing but I always forgot something.. well good luck and I hope you remeber alot more soon...

Is it a signal of lack of vitamin or something? How can we get better on this? I mean, is there anyway, like, taking certain vitamins or food to prevent us from being forgetfulness?

It doesnt end after you have the baby either, haha. I have been keeping the "post it" company in business. If I dont write it down the second it comes to thought...it gets forgotten. Try keeping little notes around to remind you of things. As silly as it may seem...it has helped me to remember a ton of things. Just dont say "oh i have to remember to write down later"...cuz it'll be gone, haha. Drop everyhting and jot it down the second you think of it.

hahahah... it doesn't really help actually. I called up my secretary to note it down on my calendar. It was there. But again... my goldfish brain was forgetting to look at the calendar and act like never heard of this meeting before... huh....

My friend just suggested that I put it down on the cell phone and set it to alarm. I'm not sure if this's gonna work though, but I'll try

thats actually a good idea. if you dont wanna bother with that...backpack.com is a reminder site...you can send yourself reminders via email or text message. just set it up and the site does all the work for you.
