adding things into about me in profile

i cant figure out how to add my tickers and things into the about me section of my profile. i dont see any "code" button like it says to use. just the box with a save button on the bottom.i just want to know how to add my tickers and things without pullin out all my hair LOL...if someone could help it would be great.
