Yea I knew he wasn't the best person so I'm okay with it.

My great uncle passed away last night. I'm upset about it. I haven't dealt with alot of death just my grandpa and daughter.

He had Alzeheimers and he was 80 years old. It was his time to go. I wasn't there when Lucy met him for the first time. I have very fond memories of him.

Well...went to my therapy appointment and every appointment I have to rate my anxiety and mood level. My anxiety level was at 7/10 and my mood level was at a -2 which means depressed most of the time. It goes down to -5 and I've been there before and honestly I get down there alot. Which means suicidal. Either thoughts or plan. I didn't a panic attack for the first time when I drove today to the appointment. She wants me to get out at least once a day. And I'm trying to enroll in college (we have one in my town) but I get a panic attack about going up there. So I have to visualize it and then drive up there and sit in the parking lot for five minutes. All of this without a panic attack hopefully.

I feel like I'm going crazy. Or already there. I get panicky thinking about Thanksgiving. I'm oh so frustrated.

I still haven't found anybody that accepts my insurance.

*hugs* thank you. I have until September to enroll because then my brother won't be attending college in town anymore. So I know I can do it by then. I have almost my associate's degree in (get this) Psychology

I took Psychology a few semesters and aced it surprisingly lol. I hate school and doing work and everything but I loved that class.

I found a list of some more places and I'm going to call tomorrow. Most of them I called that actually DO accept my insurance doesn't have any openings until mid-December

That really is bad. At least you would be getting some kind of help though.

Well I am glad that you have some things to work on to help reduce the anxiety, you can do it!

I would still make that appointment in case you cannot find somewhere before then.
I know it seems like forever waiting now that you have made up your mind to address this head on.

I found a few more places that accept my insurance and I'm going to call them after class.

If I can't get an appointment until a couple weeks from now, should I just take it and stop looking?

I'd also rather have a female dr instead of a male. Is that weird? Should I not be so.. picky, I guess?  

I'd just feel more comfortable talking to a woman. I wrote down male doctors too, anyone that takes my insurance, but majority are women.
