They could very well prescribe you something. They may have you try something for sleep and depression. When I went the first time (when I was 12) I was prescribed Lexapro and Seroquel

I don't know. Honestly. Everyone I know that has gotten help was prescribed something unless they went to a natural doctor.

Thank you! Not being able to sleep has gotten to be exceptionally bad lately. I start a new semester on Jan. 7th and I'll be taking 4 classes as well as working part-time and taking care of DD so sleep is something I'm going to be needing

lol, I just have to be careful, I don't want to make it a habit, there is alot of alcoholism in my family

He prescribed me Zoloft and Restoril for sleep. I'm going to try to set up an appointment with a therapist as well..

I brought her but she stayed in the waiting room with SO.

Good! I've been on Restoril, for me it didn't work. But I know lots of people who have had success with it. I forgot about that sleeping pill. Therapy would be good!

I really hope it works. None of the therapists in the office accepts my insurance so I have to find one
