re: *OFFICIAL THREAD* Moms with 4+ kids

Hi. I have 4 boys. 11, 8, 6 and 2. I also for the past year have my friends kid who's like a nephew (he's  . So that makes 5 boys. It's crazy at times. Busy all the time, especially with after school activities. I'm done but only because it's not good for me to have more. Due to having forced c-sections. I had to all my kids with a c-section. It's more and more a risk everytime. I got my tubes tied. I still have moments where I say it sucks cuz I want more but at the same time I don't. Life is too crazy busy for me, I do allot (most) by myself. Hubby works 2nd shift so it's just usually me all the time alone with the boys.

hi and welcome. i'm mandy. i've 7 kids , 6 boys 16,13,11,10,3,6months and 1 daughter 15.
its been a bit on the quite side in here lately.

Yeah, J is a pretty needy baby. I can't imagine going through this all again. Don't get me wrong, I love her to pieces and I'm glad she's here. But I'm done. I'm ready to have my freedom back some what.
Maybe it sounds bad, but I was used to having a lot of freedom. My kids were getting older and didn't need constant supervision. I'm 33, I've been a Mom for the last 16 years. No more babies for me.
Having said that though, I hope J takes her time growing up

yeh like the other day when they were all at school til 5pm we could of went off to a nice hotel for lunch and had a nice long look around the shops etc instead of having to stop to feed baby and shawn was bored. when they get to school now i think im done. its time for us to enjoy ourselves for a change. saying that now i'll probably want more in a few years but im 35 so the baby factory has to close soon. lol

I technically only have 2 children, I have my daughter Xoey who will be 3 in October, and then my baby who is due June 19th. But, I've taken in my two nephews Devin who is 11 and Kaleb who is 4 (about to be 5 June 27th). I've been having difficulties here and there with handling 3 children while being pregnant. I'm only 23 and my husband is 25. So my learning process with growing children has been forced forward with two older boys. Any suggestions on how I can keep my cool after my new baby is born?

Hey Ladies, I haven't been on here in a while. Sorry about that. Been rather busy with the twins. Anyway I need some sound seasoned advice.
We all know what a baby kicking feels like and sometime gas can feel the same way. Well I have had that feeling on my left side about a fingers length from my hip bone for the last few days and it is freaking me out! I have had my period regular but have been nauseous at certain smells and descriptions of things. Do think I'm just being over dramatic or could I be pregnant?! Too scared to take a test. The twins are only 7months old! And if I am pregnant and feeling kicks already then I am due before the babies are even a year oid! Ahhh!!!
Sorry just really not ready for another baby yet.

I would definitely be testing!! Could be phantom kicks.... some women do experience them. If you are stressing yourself over it and feeling you have the symptoms of pregnancy definitely just test so you know!!

I experienced phantom kicks and rolls for the last several months. I'm not pregnant. I was starting to get a wee bit panicky but I palpaitated my stomach...there's nothing there. And I finally got my 1st pp period and it was pretty heavy. So, it can happen.

Yeah same here I palpaitated my stomach too and there was nothing, and my periods have been every month right on the money.
I think I'm just overly stressed about it.
