Help! Really bad cold...

Hello Ladies!! I need some help, I have a really bad cold and my nose is extremely stuffy . Is it safe to use saline solution?!?!? Any advice will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!!

Saline is just salt water basically so it should be fine to use. Also most doctor's say Sudafed is okay to use after the first trimester. You can also try vicks vaporrub on your chest. I heard its pretty good too.
