I had Rowan 10 days ago.. Nearly eleven.
My urethra from te cathader is still swollen and bleeds.
The left side of my crotch hurts terribly where the stiches are/ were.
More importantly my urethra hurts so bad i can barely sit.
is this normal? how long till every thing is kosher again?

I'm sure you probably have an infection sweetie. Go get checked out before it get's worse.

It may take a couple weeks to start feeling better. I'd use some ice packs and a sitz bath to decrease the swelling. A doughnut pillow should help elevate the discomfort of sitting and keep the pressure off the episotomy site.
I hope you feel better soon, hun.

My urethra from my cath hurt for about a month afterwords, but if it's as bad as you say you might want to get a doc to check it out.

hmmm I didn't hurt at all from that. I would go to your dr to make sure everything is okay. Like mommax2 said, it sounds like it could be an infection

My utetha was a bit red and puffy but never bled, It could be an infection. Also the sides hurt SO bad. My dotor said they were skid marks, so basically the sides tore, but they cant sew that part back, thus leaving me in excruciating pain... I felt better after about 3/4 weeks, and I was taking my pain meds until that point.
