How is everyone feeling?
I've had mean heartburn, it was bad last week and I could hardly eat it was soooo sore, this week I've felt alright.
I leave for home in a week so I will miss my husband soooo much but so long as my little one holds on in there till he is home I will be happy, DON'T want to do it on my own.....
Baba is getting more active and I now get kicked alot more than I was a few weeks ago.... She loves her music (iPod on the belly so I don't have to hear it) and she loves the bath.... Food is her happy time and the minute i start eating she wakes up and wants to play.
I love my little monkey so much which feels weird, but we will meet these little ones soon enough.
So what does you baby bump love?

Keira is very active now. ^.^ She likes to jam her head into my ribs (Ouch!!) and kick me in the bladder.. but I still love her. Hahah. But my only real complaints are back pains, rib pains, and the neverending bloody nose. >.< Other than that Im doing just fine. Time is passing so fast, I hope that continues! I cant believe how close we are to meeting our babies!! <3

Ohhh I have also had a bloody nose but the weather is soooo dry at the moment I think it is that but my nose is very runny and sniffy too. It is a pain. My back is also sore but not sooo bad at the moment, trying to watch how I sit, lots of pillows around me and one in the small of my back when I watch TV, and sit up right when infront of the computer. My neck is sore but I think it is my pillows, I have a huge headache today but I think it is from being in the sun yesterday, I got a little burn from swimming.... and we were only out for an hour, so now I know sun block......

I'm feeling pretty good, compared to the first 5 months! I feel the heart burn you are talking about and the thought of food brings it back on.
As far as muscle cramps go, I'm only having problems with the left side of my back. I can't sleep on my left side with out a full left side muscle cramp and it's irritating! All I want is some sleep darn it!!!
Audrey has been behaving herself lately. My husband had come home for 3 days and she was really really happy to hear his voice and was constantly kicking, elbowing, head butting, and kneeing me. But ever since he left again, she's been really really really super quiet - and I'm finding it awkward because I miss the bumps and stabs. The shower is a fun place for her as it seems to wake her up a little bit. And she likes the full belly feeling after I've eaten. I'm surprised that she doesn't enjoy music more as I usually have something playing that she can hear. Oh well!!! I just can't wait to meet her!
I hope everyone is doing well!!!

We're doing awesome! Little Kaylee is still very active, but she stays in 1 spot with her feet stretched out straigh to my bladder! Im also starting to feel the onset of heartburn (gerd) which kinda sux, but it will all be worth it soon enough I think it really just hit me about a week ago, when I realized OMG February is almost over then we just have March/April and then she's here! Time now seems to have gone sooo fast. I've started buying little outfits and things for her, I cant wait for the babyshower that should be next month and thats when we're getting her crib too!!

I get a lot of kicking after I eat something sweet. I eat a lot of grapefruits and she likes them. Last night I had strawberry ice cream.... that really got her going. She kicks harder than my first baby. I have a lot of pressure (sometimes it is a sharp, stabbing pain) right above my pelvic bone. I think that must be my cervix. She may be breech & kicking me there.
I have sciatica on my left side, so I have to sleep on my right. Sometimes I have a limp (in addition to the waddle) when I walk...
On an exciting note, my toddler & I are going to the beach in March.
Have any of you started decorating, yet? I have been procrastinating, but I finally ordered the bedding set on Friday. After that, we will pick out the paint color. After the room is painted, I will get the furniture. My Dh is installing a closet organizer & staining an amoir.

My boy also wakes up in the shower, and he likes to kick around 5 am when Daddy leaves for work. He likes to listen to Linkin Park but only if I sing along to it. Decorating? um... we fail. Totally. But that's okay. XD

hmmm...let me think I have been having a little sciatica at times (only at night) but if I lie down it goes away. Other then that a little heartburn after I eat sauce and basically that's it. I'm really suprised I haven't had more back pain considering I gained so much already but I was in really good shape prior maybe thats why. My boy seems to be on a scheldule I always know at 8pm for sure he will kick - it never fails!

Hi i know what you mean about the heartburn i have a day here or there where I dont get any but those days are few and far between. I have been really lucky though I didnt get morning sickness.. and I havent had any weird cravings. Am I missing out? I am a first time mum everything is so new to me. but I cannot wait til the day the baby comes. Its so cool to feel the kicking and moving around.

hello im due 5/17 and i really dont have anything to complain about but pelvis pain this is my third baby and my doctor says i hurt so bad because my uterus is so low and the baby is heavy and already settled in the head down position any one else having the same pain..what do you do for it? I have it all day long..
quoteposted 16th Feb '08
I am not really sure if I have the same pain, I do sometimes get a sharp pain in that area, when this occurs I just try to lie down if I can and relax.
But then again this is my first so it might be best to ask your doctor what to do.

hello, Im due May 24th and I have the same pain down there!! My dr. said its due to the fact the baby is soo very low! My girls were alot higher so I did not have this pain when I was pregnant with them!!! Its really bad when I stand for any amount of time, if I sit or lay down it relives the pain but its back when I stand up! I had my girls at 30 weeks and 35 weeks so Im scared this pain is a warning sign that this one is going to be early to.. If you find any thing that helps the pain please let me know!!

I experianced heartburn in my 23 week & boy did it suck! I ended up in the bathroom w/ Mr. toilet & only then did the heartburn subside.
Im having my first, and trying to establish, "was that a kick or a punch"...
The other day I experiaced a lot of pressurein my lower uterus, Im not certian if it was a contraction or did that mean her head was down? All this is so mind blowing! I still cant believe im going to be a mommy.
My husband got to finally see her move my belly like an ocean wave and was speechless! He seemed to be a little disterberd by it at first lol... now he loves it and will hold a flash light to my stomach to get her to do it again for him

Hey guys!
Heartburn: check
Back pains: Check
Baby kicking: Check and loving it! His daddy's voice gets him going, the bath, the cat sitting on my belly and purring gets him kicking (although don't know if it's because he doesn't like our moggy...) food works a treat too. I love all the little kicks and prods that I am getting although I have started wondering if it was either some sort of pre-natal rugby club practice or alien trying to come out through my belly button...
Other than that, well... hormones and tears and irrational fears which I could REALLY do without... but I guess it'll go away once my little one is here with us!
Great to hear from may mummies! I feel slightly less alone and isolated now
Take care all
