30 day shred schedule???

So my question is, for the 30 day shred, i am supposed to do it every day?When do i take a break? and other question, there are 3 levels, so do i do leve one for like 10 days, 2 for 10 days, 3 for 10 days or what? How does this work. I didnt find anthing explaining this. Thank you!!!!!!

I was wondering the same thing. I have seen people with great success from it. Im going to start tomorrow. would you like to be a workout buddy?

I think it's all to your personally comfort.
And I'm pretty sure it's constant. It's 10 days of each level.
But the way I did it was, I did each level till I was comfortable to go to the next or when I got bored.

o ok. yea cuz my legs are freaking KILLING me right now. so im dreading doing it again tonight, but i think i should, but i dont wanna half ass it wither

Yes, it's 10days of each.. I did it for 2wks straight and I saw big results, I got lazy and stopped   I know it works though I just can't find the motivation. I'm going to start it again tomorrow and hopefully last at LEAST 3wks. The inches fall right off, and the toning is good.

thats so great to hear. i dont mind weighing 140lbs at all. but i weigh 140 lbs and its all blubbery. im usually 115, and i DO NOT want to get the low, too skinny. i want to have some meat on my bones but i dont want to be blubbery. im really short too so maybe 140lbs is too much. i just have a lot of extra skin still hanging around from my last pregnancy id like to get rid of. i mean i wanna keep working out but i can barely walk today so idk if im gunna make it today hahaha

Then this will be perfect for you, it tones really good, I started at 190 and I'm down to 169. I noticed when I was doing the shred my tummy was way tighter as were my arms.. I'm going to start again tomorrow, I really want to get to at least 135 by Oct or Nov.

I'm doing it once a day. I also get outside at least once a day for a walk with the kids. I eat super healthy already so that's not an issue. I am just watching my portion sizes and making sure I eat enough protein and veggies. Those are my weaker points in my diet.

I found a website that talked about it and it said to keep your calories between 1200-1500. I already do that but was slacking recently. I am determined to lose this weight. My husband is returning at the end of the month from deployment and I want to look smoking. LOL.
If I get the courage I will post my before pictures.

Aw, you'll look awesome, I'm sure!!!! I don't really want to lose anymore weight. Maybe 5 lbs at most but I want to tone up a ton! I look sickly when I get below 120 lbs. and I'm at 122 now.
