Clothing...

Ok I am kind of small still for being 7 months. I have two pair of jeans that still fit, but are kind of snug when I sit down so I unbutton them....I get b*tched at all the time by friends and family saying it's hurting the baby when I wear my regular jeans. I'm like...I unbutton them when I sit down and I button them when I walk. My doctor said that it doesn't hurt the baby it's just really uncomfortable for me. I recently went out and got some new sweatpants and I 've been wearing those, but it's not like I have a million dollars to buy a new wardrobe. Maternity pants are still big for me...they are worse then just unbuttoning my jeans alittle and walking. What do you guys think? Is it still ok to wear regular jeans? I'm so tired of getting b*tched at!

Have you looked into the Bella band? It would be less of a pain than buttoning and unbuttoning all the time. I don't think it can hurt the baby, just be really uncomfortable. I wore regular jeans my whole pregnancy, but I carried small and high and they were low rise.

Yep I got the bella bands to. They are cheap and are much more comfortable then buttoning your jeans.

Yeah see I'm kind of carrying low and the rim of my jeans goes right up to my belly button...I'm a size 14-16 and always have been so they said with my big hips that I wouldn't show as much...but that's off subject...so where can I find one of these handy dandy bella bands thingergiggers!?

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my bella bands. They work so well. They are great for wearing pre-pregger pants unbuttoned as well askeepingthem up. They also are wonderful for covering your belly if you decide to wear regular shirts. I still wear a pair or two of my regularpants and I'm 8 months. They are so very worth it, and my best friend says they are nice to wear PP too.
