Introduction

My name is Amanda and I'm new to this forum. My husband Randall and I have a son, Brody who is 15 months. It was a very drawn out, complicated process conceiving him...I went through ovulation induction and IUI and developed ovarian hyperstimulation and spent almost a week in ICU with severe pulmonary edema. We just got the go-ahead from my OB to begin TTC again (I want my children fairly close in age and am not sure how long it will take this time). I'm very excited and am waiting to see if I will be able to cycle on my own (w/o provera...UGH) ***fingers crossed*** so that I can begin to get things figured out. I am very much hoping to avoid the fertility scene again if at all possible so all prayers would be appreciated. Just wanted to let everyone know the "newbie"...and good luck to everyone else TTC! Lots of baby dust!!!

Welcome newbie! lol. Gosh, it sounds like it was tough but you've got a beautiful son! Good luck on TTC that second baby. I hope it will be much easier for you the second time around.
