My little boy is 2 1/2, but here is a variety of things that he usually eats:
Breakfast: oatmeal, cereal (shredded wheat or Kix), waffles, pancakes, french toast sticks- all served with a cup of milk and usually a fruit cup
Lunch: yogurt, pretzels, string cheese stick, cottage cheese, golfish crackers, applesauce, PB (we didn't start giving this to him until he was 2) w/ pretzels, an apple, green beans, mac & cheese, grilled cheese sandwich, popcorn chicken (or nuggets), hamburger, leftovers from dinner the night before- any combination of previously listed with a cup of juice, milk, or unsweetened decaf iced tea (his choice)
Snack: crackers, string cheese stick, slice of cheese, sometimes (rarely) ice cream, fruit cup, carrots, an apple, Gerber puffs, pretzels, there's more but I can't think this morning - with water
Dinner: whatever we are having with a cup of milk or water.
Hope this helps give you ideas!

Katelyn is 21 months. She has cereal for breakfast, usually frosted mini wheats, cus she has a fit if it's anything else. Lunch is nuggets, hotdogs, fish sticks, grilled cheese, ect. With fruit, yogurt, or applesauce. Dinner is whatever I'm having. Snacks are usually raisins, crackers, yogurt shakes, fruit snacks. She has milk or juice to drink. I try to make sure lunch is very kid friendly, so that if she hates dinner, at least she's eaten one good meal for the day.

Miranda is 3. For breakfast it's either Cinnamon waffles or Apple Jacks cereal. Crackers for snacks. Since she is 3let her choose what she wants. Lunch is usually lunchables. Fruit or some cereal to munch on for her afternoon snack. Dinner is whatever we are eating. She has milk after dinner. I suggest giving options. We have corn dogs/pizza/ spaghetti-O's occasionally for lunch. Just depends on the mood I'm in since I usually eat what she eats.

how about tuna, tomato soup with crackers, BLT's, ham and cheese on crackers, or make a pizza...get one of the indiviidual premade doughs, pizza sauce, cheese and whatever toppings you want and ahve your little one create their own lunch!

For dinner? Umm. Mine loves the gerber graduates and sometimes i pick up those kid cuisines. I know that this is a breakfast food...but the "fruit and cream" oatmeal is awesome. I pick up alot of Hormel brand "kids kitchen" meals too, they come in little cups and walmart now sells those mini cheeseburgers, they are perfect for toddlers.
