opinions needed....

So my finace and I have decided 90% on the name Makaya. I haven't found this name in any name books so I'm curious what everyone thinks of this name.... And i also need help with a middle name. Her last name will be Walters. Thanks for all the help ;) I look forward to your opinions!!!

Is it like Michaela only without the "L"? I am too traditional for you to want my opinion on any baby names that are popular now   But if you and your husband like it, then I think it's perfect.

I like it. Makaya Addison Walters, Makaya Abigail Walters, Makaya Evelyn Walters, I like it with a middle name that starts with a vowel.

Its not real popular right now, but its also not in the name database so i dunno....it just kinda popped in my head one night and its a good mix of my names--Mary Kathryn
I'v thought of lynn...i like it and Jane and addmarie;)

i like Makaya Lynn, and then thought about it and realized i like it because my nieces name is "Mekaylen" ... sounds alot alike..lol

Makaya isn't my top liking i really like Kaya or Kaia or eve n Kya more, than Makaya, but thats just my thoughts

I think Makaya Nicole sounds good! The name name we have chosen for our baby is Rieland and I have never heard or met anyone with that name before. So its always good to have non-common names because then ur child will be unique where as there are heaps of people with my name - Nicole

Makaya is very pretty!

My cousin was going to name her little girl Makay, but went with Rylan instead.
