I'm such a klutz

posted 13th Feb '08
So pretty much I think I would lose my head if it weren't attached to my body. Yesterday I spilled water on my cell phone and then when the screen stopped working I couldn't figure out why... DUH! I fixed it. This morning I looked in the cushions of my couch trying to find my phone and it was in my back pocket. And then just now I was grabbing my drink and spilled it on some books at work. Wow! I know this has no real meaning whatsoever but I feel like such a fool. Anybody else feeling this way.

pretty much all the time. i've missed two doctors appointments and had to reschedule this pregnancy because i was just certain that they were scheduled for different times. (typically i'm 15 minutes early to everything and i never mix up dates or times.)
i keep running into doors. things inexplicably fly out of my hands all the time.

i'm ready to have my brain back.

I know that feeling. I run into the walls in my house all the time. I have lived there for 4 months you would think I know where everything is and the door to the bathroom at my office seems to always want to attack me on my way back to my desk.
Hey u can use the things flying out of your hands to throw stuff at people that bug u and say it was an accident. LOL!

that's true. i hadn't used it as an excuse for violence yet but, now that i'm really hormonal all over again...

good call!

I haven't been really violent towards anyone but that is a pretty damn good excuse in case somebody makes me angry. I am hormonal all the time... I'm in a glass case of emotion!

it's a really jarring experience for me. i'm generally really bitter and jaded with a misanthropic sense of humor so when commercials make me cry i'm not only crying because something struck me as sentimental, but because i'm making myself sick.

Oh thats sad. I usually only cry when I am angry at something but I cry over stupid crap now and then yell at myself for crying... I swear pregnant women are crazy!

I'm not sure how much I am gonna miss being kicked repeatedly or morning sickness or the fact that things I once I enjoyed no longer appeal to me. Or the fact that this winter has sucked and I couldn't do anything remotely exciting... I think I will be over pregnancy by the time I have a baby.

i'm losing my mind if it makes you feel any better.

i lost my phone last night 2 minutes after i was on it.
i went so far as to look in the washing machine because i had just thrown laundry in and wouldn't have put it past myself to throw it in there as well.

after searching the house, i went into the garage one more time and saw it sitting on the seat of my boyfriend's motorcycle which is on the complete other side of the garage as the washing machine and laundry table.

i still have no clue what i would have been doing over there

I think losing my phone is getting worse and worse. I have had my phone in my hand and asked a friend where it was! I think my phone should just be implanted in my hand or something so I don't keep worrying about it...

I was watching the news the other day and they say that pregnant women seem to have a bit of memory loss while being pregnant. I forgot what they called it but it really made me not feel so bad. I mean at work they ask me the simplest questions and i just look at them like uhh i honestly cant remember. They say that you get so wrapped up in your pregnancy and alll the subconcioud worries and thoughts that its like having memory loss... Mine is horrible because I have the baby and all of that running through my head 24/7 and then i have some other personal stuff going on too thats just been stressing me out and making me sick. . . ughh. . .
The dropping things is supposed to be from the swelling of fingers. i havernt noticed mine swell yet i just forget that i have certain things in my hand. And im ubber clutsy. I slip i trip all that stuff they say thats from the growing belly it throws off your center of blance. I still dont know how we dont just tip over, its a mystery really.

Huh. . . but thank god im not the only klutz with no memory.
I was really out of it today. . i called a messenger service to have something picked up at work, then canceled it, then 2 minutes called up to schedule a pick up again. Then 5 minutes later i called them up again to make sure i placed the order right. I find myself wandering around my office and into the kitchen and then not remembering y. . o0o this is frustrating
