i know when i was having problems i used tylenol cold & sinus, and Sudafed cold & sinus, thats what my doctor recomended, i dont use either now, just a humidifier in my bedroom and that works wonders. i would ask your doc before taking meds, but try the humidifier..

Hey there, my name is Kristin and I share the same due date of July 1st. I also have a son who will be 3 years old in April. This time we are expecting a little girl. My family lives in Southern California.
I have had 3 colds so far this pregnancy and I have been using all natural cough drops &Sudafed. Other things I do is try and clean things around the house and at work so germs dont spread. Keeping my son clean is most important. He is in preschool and it seems like everytime he comes home with a cold, I get it too!
So, do you knowwhat you are having yet?

I'm due on the 7th July and I have been suffering from severe post nasal drip and blocked sinuses for the entire pregnancy. I read somwhere that it was jsut a symptom of pregnancy and nothing to worry about but it's very annoying. I find that I often have blocked ears from it and constantly cough up which makes me gag. I thik it could be the bodies defence mechanism to filter out germs that we might be breathing in.
Anyway hopewe are feeling better soon. 1/2 way there right!

I have had the exact same thing happen to me. At about 16 weeks, I started with the stuffy head and nasal drip. This last week, I've had severe sinus headaches and sneeze constantly. I live in Savannah GA, and all of the trees are pollinating right now. Everything is covered in pollen. So that's not helping at all. So far I haven't taken anything except Tylenol. I go to the Dr. next week, and I'm going to ask if there is anything that will help. But I guess what we go through is ok as long as the baby comes out healthy right? Good Luck..  

Hey! I'm due July 10th and recently I have been stopped up but right nostil still runs, my right eye waters, my throat hurts, and i have a stomach ache! My dr wont return my calls (i'm very upset about this) so I asked a pharmacist and he said the only thing he would want his wife or daughter totake if they were pregnant and sick would be sudafed and tylenol every 4 hours.So I started that last night. I feel like I have the flu. Theres also these drinks called Fuze that have alot of antioxidants and vitamins in them, the orange mango one is the one i am drinking. That was reccomended to me by the husband of a woman that had the flu when she was pregnant, he said it works wonders.

Thanks for all the replys! Yes when I went to the doctor last week, he said that benedryl would be okay and it should make it go away but to take it at night cause it would make me drowsy. Even though I still sneeze like a crazy person and go through boxes of tissues like crazy to its okay. But half way there and 4 more months until my little girl gets here!
