my 9 month old daughter refuses to eat any of her baby food. ive literally tried every flavor they make and she only eats a couple bites of it, then shes done. all she wants is milk and i know she needs more than that in her diet...but its the only thing she will put in her mouth. did anyone have the same problem? what should i do? AHH this is sooo frustrating

ughh yes, its the taste thats the problem?
i tried mixing Leos food with alot of fruit puree, gradually i lowered the ammount of fruit everyday untill there was no fruit and he didnt notice lol!
but then the lumps came along... then it was back to not eating, im still dealing with that lol, my health visitor said that babies really dont like the stage 2 stuff its just big chunks of veg swimming in a thin sauce wen heated basicly, for babies that wont eat, its best to make home made food and introduce small lumps up to big lumps, nd its deffo working!!

Does she have teeth? Have you tried giving her some people food instead? Try noodles or well-cooked carrots cut up small or grapes cut in 4 pieces. Maybe she is ready for more texture. Also, does she like oatmeal? Mine still loves it and she is 16 mos. We still use stage 2 fruits in her oatmeal. We make her oatmeal with milk & one tbsp. of yogurt, then we put some stage 2 fruit right on top. She eats it every morning... (when she was 9 mos., we put formula instead of milk in it).
Other things I can think of are: small pieces of american or mozzerella cheese, plain yogurt, avacado pieces, cottage cheese, etc.

thanks im going to try that. she only has her bottom front teeth so i dont think they will do much for her.

My friends baby wouldn't eat the pre-made baby food, and so she started making it from fresh fruits and stuff like I do and he loves it.

Some babies just don't like it. Maybe try making your own or something else. Since the baby is 9 months old I am sure she could have some table foods.

the only thing is, eating a few picky upy things isnt enough for dinner i dont think,i was advised to leave finger foods for snacks otherwise its not enough nutritionally apparently
