i can't do this anymore...

For the past two days I have been in "early labor" as they call it. I'm 3.5cm and can be strectched even further. My contractions come and go so it's not actual labor but it still dialtes me. I'm only -1 station and 80% effaced. I've also been losing my mucous plug for 4 days now. I feel like this is never ending. If I don't have her by Wednesday they are going to induce me but I'm soooo scared of the pain accompanied by inducing. What in the world am I supposed to do!? I just want to cry because I can't stand this anymore!!!! 

  i'm sorry you're in pain. but from what i hear..everythinggggggg will be worth it once your little girl's in your arms. but i wish you luck and i hope it goes a lot better from here on out.

anddd maybe you'll have her tomorrow..it's my birfday  

Well, first of all, if you don't want to be induced, you don't have to be. Though I can see why you may want to go ahead and do it, since you are in the beginning stages now. However, if you are afraid of getting induced (I am too), then you can always ask them to wait a few more days and see if she'll come on her own. It sounds to me like you won't make it to your due date or induction date though. Have you tried anything to get the contractions to come closer together? Walking, sex? You are so close, mama! Hang in there and you'll be holding your little girl soon!

You can be in early labor for a while. and like people say you can lose your mucus plug and go into labor that next day or not for a week or so. Just try and wait it out. i know it sucks and you want your little one out but the wait is well work it. Try and relax because your going to need all the rest you can get when you go into labor. Dont stress about the inducing. they have medicine to relieve some of the pain of the contractions until you can get an epi. but all the labor dust to ya.

Hang in there! It'll be worth it, I promise!!

yeah today is my birthday. i figured i'd have her today just because it's my 18th birthday lol.

I just don't know how long I can wait. My baby is almost 8lbs. already!!! My midwife said that if I don't go by Wednesday she's going to talk about how long I want to go.. but if that's the case.. I'm just going to be like "induce me tomorrow so we can get this over with" because i'd rather be in a lot of pain because of inducing rather than wait awhile and have a 10lb. baby.
