Should I call the dr?

Ok, so maybe this is a dumb question, but I don't know whether to call the doctor in the am or just deal with it:
For the past couple days, my chest has been tight- I have asthma & my albuterol inhaler normally opens me up so that I can breathe better. The weather here keeps going from warm to cold to warm and back again. Yesterday though, my cough got worse- my nose isn't really running much, but I have an extremely sore throat and I'm now coughing all the time. Nothing colored is coming up, just clear mucous. My whole body hurts when I have coughing spells. I also have a low-grade fever and just feel like pure crap. I'm still using my inhaler and went to the pharmacy yesterday- I got robitussin cough gels which help for about 30 min and then I'm back to coughing which sounds like I'm barking. Nothing seems to help- even though I'm taking tylenol for the fever, it's still here. I really don't like calling the dr- but this doesn't feel like a typical cold where my nose would be running and stuff. It's more in my chest and throat. Ugh. So, should I go ahead and call them and see what they say or wait this out and see if it gets worse? Thanks!
