I signed up for a 3 month VIP membership that was suppose to include a diaper, set of baby legs, and matching wipe on the 1st of the month beginning in April. The first month of diapers were delayed first to the 15th, when they were shipped out and supposed returned and needed to be mailed again. I finally received the first diaper, without baby legs or wipe on April 22nd. The diaper had several issues and appeared to be quickly made with little quality control. She apologized for the mistakes in the diaper, and offered an additional month of VIP. The wipe and baby legs have been in the mail several times, the latest on these is that they will be sent on the 15th with the new VIP diaper. The VIP date was changed to the 15th without notice. In May the owner had some kind of injury making it impossible for her to make diapers. I requested a refund, and in turn got an email saying that if she started giving refunds to everyone she would be out of business. The same day she posted a status on facebook taking about my email, this seemed unprofessional to me. I commented on the status and she refunded my money within a few hours. I am sure she makes some very nice diapers, I however had a very bad experience with too many excuses before she was injured.
