Yes. that means that you have too many pictures. You have to pay for unlimited bandwidth. I'd upload them a new account or tinypic or something.

If you delete some of the stuff you don't need on there or when you make something for someone tell them to save it to there own photobucket and then delete it, it should stop. You just have to many pictures lol.
