fever 12hrs after shots

My daughter got her shots 12 hrs ago, she's running a fever of 102.9 with tylenol! She's not eating, she's throwing up and is congested. Should I take her to the er or is this normal after shots?

I would take her.

Take her. Or call the afterhours number for the pediatrician at least.

that is a really high fever for an infant-especially if it won't go down with tylenol. I would at the very least call the er and ask...you need to get that fever down. Poor baby
