waterbreaking

hey i was jus wonderin if anybody did anything to make their water break like different sex positions or what?? im goin on 38 weeks n tryin to get everything started lol

Just wait.
& sometimes you have to go to the hospital before it breaks.

i didnt know there was anything you can do to "break the water" yourself. sometimes the doc does it for you if it doesnt on its own.

i know i just want things to speed up cuz im already 1 cm n i heard that you have contractions when you have sex too

sex, and alot of walking will help speed things up.

yeah i know people that their water broke while havin sex n walkin helps too but its too cold outside to walk

You could be like 5 cms without your water breaking (they had to break mine and I was 5+)

Walk a lot? talk to your doctor and see what they think.

im due the day befor you but im like 37 weeks i will be 38 week on saturday

try indian food i was in labour straight after that.

not sure about positions... but i have been told alot of nipple play will help kick in contractions. lol

nothing will start labor, just progress it.
walking, sex, even relaxing.
whatever you do, dont take castor oil.
dont even think about it.
but be patient.
your little one will come when its done cooking.

try eating pineapple idk where i heard it but apprently it workdks to bring on contractions i just eat a whole one and have acid burns on my lips!!!

it sounds weird, but when my friend was overdue her doctor told her to play with her nipples. I guess it can start contractions just like breastfeeding makes your uterus shrink faster.
