Bleeding After Sex (may be tmi)

So, my husband and I had sex this morning and I noticed a light pink when I went to wipe myself. And it's been there since. I know that it is probably normal... I just need some reassurance. Has anyone experienced this?

Bleeding after sex is totally normal. However, heavy bleeding is not. The cervix is easily irritated during pregnancy and light bleeding is totally normal. IF you begin to cramp and bleed heavy, then you need to call your doctor.

I've never experienced that but, yes, it is normal.

That's what I figured... Still the emotional/pregnant side of me tends to worry.

yeh, ive not experienced bleeding after sex either, but if I were you go and ask your doctor just in case.

It happened to me both pregnancies and both my babies turned out fine! So don't worry, relax, have more sex and enjoy it now, cuz once that baby is here...you won't have much time for that anymore. LOL! 

LOL! Yes, sex is harder once the kids are here. We were in a rush to get it done before our daughter woke up! LOL

What to expect when you are expecting is an EXCELLENT book! I'd invest! Justa suggestion. Anything and everything you need to know is in that book and it will eliminate multiple phone calls to your doctor. I'm not saying that you shouldnt call the doctor.... Just that this book can answer very simple questions and not leave you wondering.

I agree. I basically had that book glued to my hand the entire time I was pregnant!

Yes, I agree too. Unfortunately my copy isn't with me at the moment. And don't worry... there was no plan to make a call to the Dr. I just hadn't experienced this with my daughter and needed some reassurance (as I stated in my original post). Don't worry though... next time I'll refer to the book.

Me too. It's great reading material when you cant take a poop....lol With both of my pregnancies I read the entire book before I was even out of my first trimester. And even after that, I'd still go back and read things over.

I had HEAVY bleeding after I had sex.. enough to go to the hospital. But they say it's normal to have some bleeding after because of your blood vessels getting more blood or something like that. Who knows! But I'm sure everything is fine/

really? i had absolutely NO sex drive when I was preggo!
