A really good diaper rash cream??

Whats the best stuff youve found? My little girls bottom is really hurting her. I have desiin creamy but is there anything that works better or faster?

when my children had bad nappy rash i would let them have fresh air on their bottoms by leaving them on the changing matt, and then after a few mins i would put sudocrem on worked everytime...

Depends on what kind of rash? My daughter gets yeast rashes really easily and we use athletes foot cream   Sounds gross, works great! For just a bad rash, I think any type of A&D is good!

What we found that works the best is cornstarch powder first (to dry them out), then destin creamy. You can use the stuff from the kitchen if you don't want to run to the store. If you use destin creamy for 24 hours & it doesn't clear up the rash, it may be a yeast infection. Baby girls get it on the outside.

when you clean her bum just use warm water and soap, the diper wipes can make it worse, i had th@ problem w/stef, diper rash + infection from teething, the cream i use is the penaten cream. good luck

i use boudreauxs butt paste like once a week only..and it keeps her buns nice and rash free...its aweosme

triple paste, its a white bottle with blue writing, its very thick and ALWAYS works. my doctor reccomended it and told me its expensive but it lasts a longggg time and its definitly worth it.

I think its a really good brand and works really well. It also works well if your baby has sensitive skin like mine!!

Its seriously the BEST stuff ever!

My son had a rash so bad his bottom was bleeding. Thedoctor gave me a bunch of Calmoseptine and it was gone within hours. I had tried Balmex, Desitin, and A&D!

I used only Penaten cream with my first and will use it with this one. Haven't needed it yet.

I can only use Aveeno diaper rash. Air it out. I heard butt paste works wonders, I have like 5 different kinds of diaper rash meds here. Baby shower explosion
