re: A really good diaper rash cream??

I've always used cornstarch. Dries it right up. Thats what they used in the old days. Plus, I have also given my son an oatmeal bath and let him air out afterwards. I have also heard that athletes foot creme works too...you can get the dollar store brand. If nothing is working, call your pediatrician and have him call in a Rx for "Nystatin." That was the only thing that worked for us with Trevors last rash. Was gone in a day.

I put vasaline on her bum after most every changing with baby powder and she stays rash free  

i like desitin clear....i guess others do to they are always sold out!

I use Balmex and it works wonders! He's only had a few little rashes but it works great.

When Lilly had a really bad diaper Rash we tried everything ... Desitine, Balmex, But Paste. Nothing worked! The only thing I found to work was Aquaphor which is amazing!

HAHA funny story... my mom was telling me one time I had terrible diaper rash and the pedi told her to leave me naked for about half an hour to help it clear up. So she stripped me down and put me in the playpen outside.... and next thing she knows she looks out and I have poop all over me and the playpen!!!!

We just use store brand! Works fine!
