they were gone for about a month after i had hom and then thats when they came back.. but they're are definitly NOT as bad as they were before i got preggo. i did GREAT when i was pregnnat. when you feel like one is coming just try to ignore it. i know its easier said than done but thats what i did.

I was also really worried about my panic attacks. I've had them since I was 8 years old.. I'm even prescribed xanax for them (but of course had to quit taking it) I'm not really sure what it does to the baby... I've had several throughout my pregnancy and the baby has been just fine. My doctor knows about them and doesn't seem worried about it. I've just found other ways of coping with them. Anything you can do to relax yourself (long showers, bubble baths, soothing music, taking a nap, a lotion massage)... it seems to help me?

I was also worried about this. I have bad anxiety and used to take Xanax until I found out I was pregnant. I read that Xanax causes birth defects. So far my anxiety hasn't caused to many issues. I still get worked up about going to bed every night (I have bad nightmares a few times a week) but I am dealing with it one day at a time.

Have you looked up any breathing excersises or other techniques to redirect the anxiety? My mom has terrible anxiety so I was looking around for things outside of drugs to help her. I heard alot of the breathing techniques they use in lamaze classes work well for anxiety too.

I don't think anything will take it away completely especially now since prengancy is such a stressful time. Just do you best with the tools you have to control it. Everyone stresses during pregnancy and most babies are fine.
