Its very normal as long as it doesnt come with severe pain and bright red bleeding. Dont worry! You'll be ok....drink lots of water.

Mild cramping is usually normal that early, I had with all 3 of my pregnancies, as long as you are not bleeding...

I'll have to agree with the other ladies. In fact, when I was about 5 weeks along I posted a blog too about this because I thought I was going to have a miscarriage due to the cramps. I had a lot of gassy cramps, very mentstrual -like and it's very normal. Like the others said, as long as you're not bleeding it's perfectly fine. Congrats on the baby!

I am due on October 7 as well and I have the exact same problem cramps with no bleeding. My doctor reassured me that is is normal as long as the cramping is not severe and there is no bleeding. I suggest you call your doctor to help ease your worries.

I cramped for about 3 weeks. In fact It felt like I was going to start my period so I didnt know I was pregant untill I missed and took the test. But from a cuople of days before my missed period through like the next 2 1/2 weeks I cramped.

Just mild cramping....not painful but noticable. My doc said its fine that its just your uterus exspanding. Im 13 weeks and sometimes I still get some cramps.

I had some cramping at 5 weeks or so... and here I am at 26 weeks now! The Dr's told me it's not uncommon for you to have some cramping early on like that because it's just the baby making their home inside you!

I have cramped almost my entire pregnancy. MY dr told me when im cramping no sex because it can make you cramp more and only very mild exersize and not to life anything heavy. However my grandmother had six miscarriages so maybe she was just being extra cautious with me. Its just things stretcching out. YOu can relax. ":-)
