I can't stop peeing

any advice ... its really aggrivating me i pee like 7 times a day at work and im only here 8 hours

i drink like maybe two bottles of water

I know it sucks, but there is nothing you can do...............at least I don't think so. Maybe not drink anything, but you need to drink water.

theres really nothing i just comes with the territory!

I am a waterholic, so I literally pee every half an hour.  

Girl that wont stop. It will only get worst when you are furhter along especially during sleep time. And you should always keep yourself hydrated no matter how much you pee other wise you can swell up, get leg cramps etc. which is worst.

also my friend ate alot of ice instad of drinkin as much water (but she still drank plenty) but it made the peeing slow down!

I hate it .. i tell my self i wish i can just wear a diaper and pee in there i work in a office so i'm getting up every damn 5 seconds
