Are they okay to eat during pregnancy ...?


is chocolate okay to eat during pregnancys.. ?

ah so many rules and restrictions ..

i have never heard anything on no chocolate!! i love chocolate covered strawberries!!!i eat chocolate all the time!! the only thing i have heard that i can obsolutley not eat is sushi and tuna

Strawberries are fine to eat during pregnancy.

Chocolate is fine to eat during pregnancy (as long as it isn't what you eat all day long).

So... strawberries covered in chocolate are okay during pregnancy.

Why would you think that you wouldn't be able to have chocolate??

They're fine to eat, fruit is in fact good for you when you are pregnant. heck even chocolate is but chocolate is actually good for you without being pregnant, espacilly dark chocolate.

my mommy said choc has caffiene in it .. and u know the rule about no caffiene

i was very upset when she told me this .. but i still yanked the choc covered strawberry away from her n ate it ! ..

u cant tease a pregnant girl !

Not true...there are some forms of sushi out there that are okay in moderation.

Canned tuna in water is best to have while pregnant and you're only supposed to have 2 servings per week, if you do eat it. Which is usually 1 can of tuna.

They say to stay away from the canned albecore (sp) tuna because it generally is higher in mercury.

chocolate and strawberries are fine in pregnancy ...I have even been told the eating chocolate (in moderation)while pregnant can help reduce the risk of having a colic baby

at the begining of my pregnancy i craved chocolate so bad and i ate it every day, and my baby is fine i dont crave it as much anymore.

well you can have like two cups of caffeine a day! and im not sure there is enough in chocolate as long as you just dont go buck wild!

yea well i dont like sushi so i dont have to bother with tthat at all,a nd as for tuna i dont like it THAT much to have to remember which on is ok...so i just stear clear of either

You can eat them, it's okay.  OMG, my mouths is watering, lol.
