African Mango

I've read an article on MSN yesterday,
about African Mangos you can loose weight with out exercising
Not too sure if its true or not,
But I'm tempted into getting it!

I'm never motivated into exercising! =[
I hardly ever eat, and when I do, I feel like I've never eaten in my life

What do some of you ladies to do kinda replace the nutrition?
Like you you drink Ensure or whatever those yummy shakes are.

Ensure makes you gain weight i was made to drink them in my pregnancy

i don't believe a fruit can make you lose weight.

So can Acai berries.
Just eat them and all your weight just melts off ;)
