time to get in shape!

My DS is now about 3 Months old. I lost almost ALL my baby weight! Exciting-right? Well I have yet to lose the baby weight from my eldest DS...and he is over 2 1/2.  

Right now I weigh about 200lbs and for my 5'4" frame, I just look like an umpalumpa. My goal is to go back to 170 (160 is ideal thou), which is where I was before got prengant 3yrs ago. I know i can get back to that weight cause I did it before, but then I got pregnant and sadly miscarried, and ended up slipping in to a depression and gained back the weight.

So what are some good work out programs? I was looking at weight watchers, but i know i would never be able to make the meetings. So i was thinking of home work out videos. Any thought.

I am doing Tracy Mallet's workouts. She gained 66 lbs with her first and has 2 kids. So she knows how to help you lose it. I am doing her Lose the Belly Flab and Get your Body Back dvds. Here is a link to her website. The workouts are great and she is so encouraging and nice. Trust me, you will love them.
