First AF after m/c question...

I had what I thought was the beginning of AF on cycle day 41 after a d&e. After just a very small amount of spotting, it completely stopped. Is it normal for this to happen before the heavier flow comes on? Please help, I am so worried about scarring from the d&e completely messing up my uterus.

Everyone's different hun. It can take a few months for everything to get back to normal.
Try not to worry, AF always shows up when it's least convienient so wear some white jeans and go shopping  

I'm sorry for your loss. From what I've been told by my midwife and OB, there should not be any scarring if a suction D&C was performed.

You will probably start to spot, then get a regular period within a few days. If you don't get your period, check with your OB and let them know.
