My BD- and the stress

I know this is long- but please read it.

So.. my baby's daddy is stressed out and it's stressing me out!
I was just on the phone with him and these are his problems:

1. He didn't finish school.
2. Something wentwrong with his insurance so he doesn't have a driver's license.
3.He doesnt have and can't really get a decent job because he hasn't finished school.
4. He has pre-existing health conditions so he can't get health insurance, but since it's problems with his heart, its SOOO important that he gets it.
5. He owes child support for his twins.. WTF, I didn't even know this was still an issue I thought it got dropped a long time ago!!  

I told him not to stress and just do the best he could, but now I'm stressing 'cause I might have to raise our daughter alone.. whether its because he can't get it together, or he dies from his heart problems (doc's told him he wouldn't survive 25 and he'll be 22 in July)

I have car insurance, a car, medicaid, and I should be graduating HS this year... I've got my life on track and I'll be 17 in a week.. I have job plans and college plans... I love being a SAHM but I'm considering getting a weekend job.. Since I'm in such a better situationI feel like I should help him so we can get a place together (I thought that would have happened by now).. but then I feel like I may end up supporting him and our daughter...

Should I let him get his shit together on his own or help him?
How can I stop stressing about him? I'm so worried about his health.
Do you guys know of any insurance agency that will accept a 21 yr old with pre-existing conditions?

My cousin has severe heart problems, had a heart attack at 21, but seems like your boyfriend could get dissability if he is really that sick. (not trying to sound mean) That would be a hard thing for you to go through, but he should also be able to get a GED without any problems.
Contact the social security office, they should be able to help him if he has a life threatening disease. Ive never been in this situation I just know from my cousin.

Yeah he should be able to get his GED without problems, so I don't know what's stopping him! It seems like he's just so overwhelmed he's not doing anything..   With all stress he's dealing with, that can't be good for his heart.

I will definately look into that though, I didn't even realize that disability was an option, that would definately help him!
