Cankles!!

Hello everyone, I have been a member for awhile now but just hiding in the shadows and reading everyones post and getting an idea of what I am to expect from my first pregnancy. Let me say you ladies have helped me out so much already with either going through what I am going through now or giving me knowledge in what I should expect!!
But the one topic I am experiencing now is my ankles have somehow overnight turned into cankles! I know what you are thinking "hmmm its gonna happen you are pregnant--you know swelling in the legs and feet" I was prepared for that but not this early. I have bad circulation in my feet anyways and I was wondering what I should do to hopefully relieve some of the swelling besides elevate them lol.

I had that happen the morning after my BIRTHDAY last week... it sucked. my doctor said that it can come and go sparaticly but if it stays for some period of time like a couple days thats not good...

I was on my feet a lot the day before so all i did was sat my butt on the couch and put a couple pillows under my feet and sat there for a couple hours... it when down termendusly!!   they suck and then my family came sunday and called me cankles cause my hubby has a big mouth!!
