Does anybody know if it's safe to use pearl drops teeth whitening toothpaste in pregnancy?

Someone told me it contained something that wasn't safe during pregnancy but she's an idiot so didn't know wether to believe her or not lol

probably just the fluoride. It's not recommended during pregnancy, but not only do people not swallow their toothpaste, but it hasn't been proven to have any ill effects.
