I hope so, too. He finally got ahold of someone in urology. They're doing a repeat SA and some additional blood work. Then they will set up an appointment.

I already told Ashleigh my reasons but incase anyone was wondering... we're against IVF because of the cost. We live in a state that doesn't cover infertility treatments so it'd run us anywhere from $10,000 - $15,000 for one cycle. I feel it's almost a little immoral to ask that much money for the chance of havng a baby.
But my husbad and I decided against IVF months ago before we even got any test results back. I think he's opening up to the idea... I just don't know if I am. I guess we'll have to cross that bridge when we get to it.
If it came down to it, I'd rather put money towards adoption.

Have you thought about doing injectibles/iui? Its way cheaper than ivf.

Yes we have. We've got an appointment with an RE next week to talk about our options more in depth.

I really hope that's an option for you guys! Having to rule out treatment options because of finances just sucks. I know we wouldn't have been able to afford IVF either. We were saving up just for injectables when I finally got pregnant!

Wondering if any of you ladies have had the laparoscopy surgery done to check for Endo? It's looking like that will be our next step before we try IUI. I'm nervous, mostly about the recovery time. My doctor is saying 2 weeks. I doubt I will be able to pull off taking that much time off work. Any info would be helpful! Thanks

A friend of mine just had that done, and she said she recovered in about 5 days, with no heavy lifting for a while after. Good luck hun! I'm thinking of you!

I had that done a few years before we had tyler. Its not too terrible really! And I think I only took about a week off as well. The first few days you are sore but after that it isn't bad.

Good morning ladies, how is everyone doing? I was stopping by to check up on you ladies and see if anyone is testing soon and to send BFP dust your way! As for me, I'll be 20 weeks tomorrow and I can't believe I'm at the halfway mark. Me and DH have been off this past week so it has been nice being home with Izzy and getting some projects done around the house. We FINALLY cleaned out the third bedroom and just need now to figure out how we're going to do her room. Izzy's is pink and chocolate so I think for baby girl, #2 we're going to do purple, we'll see though. I hope you all are going good and baby dust!

I'm almost 1/4 done with this pregnancy and almost out of the first tri! ahhh! i'll be 10w on wednesday! My mom and DH are pretty much convinced this baby is a girl b/c of the heart rate of 175! I have a stethoscope, so i was trying to hear the hb on it yesterday and i *think* i heard it..but i'll try again in a couple of weeks. GL to all and baby dust to those who need it!

I have a random question for anyone who feels like answering. How does your husband or S/O deal w/ your TTC issues? Is he open about it? Just curious because mine is driving me a little nuts lately!

OMG! YES! mine is driving me nuts too! I want him to be more open with me about our infertility and IVF, but it's like pulling teeth! He supports me and is there for me, but I want to talk about it or rather, want him to talk about it, and bring it up in conversation, but he's not that type of person. lol it's hard sometimes.

I didn't really have issues with my DH driving me crazy, I learned to limit what I told him because he would stress about ttc way too much. Since I was on injections, he'd make sure i did them when I was supposed to and he'd watch me do them sometimes. I'd tell him how big and how many follies i had from the time we started injections until we stopped injections(4/28-5/23). I'd tell him what was what and we just would BD and hope for the best...and it worked!

Hey ladies I am doing ok. I am thinking of testing this week. My nipples have been so incredibly sore. I am trying to wait until I have definite symptoms but I had none with DS until like 10 weeks. I have been really gassy as well. I am not sure if I O cause I quit monitoring. My AF has been a mess so Not sure if it was coming this month or not. So frustrating and I am so scared to test.
