I need help to get the tickers!!!!!!!!!

I have no idea what I am supposed to do. it says click and then copy for the ticker u want. I am stuck. I have no hotmail account. I have aol and yahoo. Will I be able to put the tickers on either one of those?I hope someone can help me......
